1.1 This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") sets out the rights and obligations between you and the Operator of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator", "we" or "us") in relation to the membership auto-renewal subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
1.2 Before activating the Service, please carefully and fully read all terms of this Agreement, especially the terms that exempt or limit the liability of the Operator, which are marked in bold. By clicking "Agree" and activating the Service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2.1 The core purpose of the Service is to prevent interruption of your membership service due to missed renewal payments. Once you activate the Service, you are deemed to have irrevocably authorized the Operator to automatically deduct the membership subscription fee for the next billing cycle from your linked third-party payment account, bank card, or telecom account (collectively referred to as the "Linked Account") when your current membership billing cycle is about to expire, without re-verifying your payment password, SMS verification code, or obtaining any other form of manual confirmation from you.
2.2 The billing cycles of the Service include monthly plans, annual plans and other types, subject to the optional plans displayed on the page when you activate the Service.
2.3 If the balance in your Linked Account is insufficient resulting in failed deduction, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership benefits, and shall not be liable for the interruption of membership service resulting therefrom.
3.1 Rights and Obligations of the Operator
3.1.1 The Operator will initiate a deduction operation to your Linked Account within 24 hours before and after the end of each of your membership billing cycles. After the deduction is successful, the system will synchronously update your payment record and extend the validity period of your membership service for the corresponding cycle.
3.1.2 If there are abnormal conditions such as system failure or operation error during the deduction process, both parties shall cooperate to verify the cause of the problem, and the at-fault party shall bear the corresponding losses arising therefrom.
3.1.3 The Operator has the right to revise the content of this Agreement in accordance with business development, requirements of laws and regulations, etc. The revised Agreement will be published on the official page of the Service, and no separate notice will be sent to you. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you may cancel the auto-renewal Service by yourself; your continued use of the Service after the publication of the revised Agreement is deemed to be your acceptance of all the revised terms of the Agreement.
3.1.4 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the auto-renewal Service due to business adjustments, service pricing changes and other reasons. If such a situation occurs, the Operator will notify you through an official announcement.
3.2 Rights and Obligations of You
3.2.1 You have the right to cancel the auto-renewal Service at any time during the validity period of the membership service, and the specific operation method is subject to the provisions of Chapter 4 of this Agreement.
3.2.2 If you do not cancel the Service before the end of the current billing cycle, you are deemed to have authorized the Operator to continue to initiate periodic deduction operations to your Linked Account, including but not limited to partial deductions in batches when necessary. After the deduction is successful, your membership service will be automatically renewed for the corresponding billing cycle; if you renew in advance during the validity period of the membership, the validity period of the membership service will be extended on the basis of the original validity period.
3.2.3 You shall ensure that the Linked Account is in normal status and has sufficient balance to complete the automatic deduction operation. You shall bear the relevant responsibilities for failed deduction and interruption of membership service caused by non-Operator reasons such as abnormal account status, insufficient balance, and payment channel restrictions.
3.2.4 If you have any objections to the Service or deduction operations, you can consult and give feedback through the customer service channel announced by the Operator.
4.1 For some membership plans, the Operator may provide a free trial activity activated by a small fee payment. The specific rules are subject to the announcement on the activity page, and the core rules are as follows:
(1) You can activate the corresponding duration of membership free trial benefits by paying a small fee (e.g. $N);
(2) 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, the system will automatically initiate the withholding operation of the membership fee for the next billing cycle;
(3) After the deduction is successful, you will continue to enjoy the exclusive membership benefits within the corresponding service cycle.
5.1 You can cancel the auto-renewal Service at any time. After the cancellation operation is completed, the Operator will no longer initiate deductions for subsequent cycles to your Linked Account.
5.2 Cancellation operation path for Apple iOS users: Open the device [Settings] → Tap [Apple ID] at the top → Enter the [Subscriptions] column → Select the subscription item corresponding to the Service → Tap [Cancel Subscription] to complete the operation.
5.3 Special Note: Deleting the Application does not constitute cancellation of the auto-renewal Service. The Operator will continue to initiate periodic deductions in accordance with the Agreement, and the relevant fees and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
5.4 After you cancel the Service, the membership service that has taken effect in the current billing cycle will not be affected and will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
6.1 This Agreement shall take effect on the date you successfully activate the auto-renewal Service, and shall remain in force until you successfully cancel the Service or cancel your membership account.
6.2 You may terminate the Service at any time during the validity period of the membership service in the manner agreed in Chapter 5 of this Agreement. After the termination of the Service, the Operator will stop providing you with auto-renewal related services.
6.3 This Agreement shall be automatically terminated in the following circumstances:
(1) You have successfully cancelled the auto-renewal Service;
(2) Your membership account has been cancelled;
(3) The Operator terminates the Service and informs you by announcement;
(4) Other termination circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
7.1 The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
7.2 Any dispute between you and the Operator arising out of the content of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where the Operator is registered.
8.1 The section headings in this Agreement are for ease of reference only and do not affect the actual meaning and legal effect of any terms of this Agreement.
